Returns & refunds

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason for your decision.

If your order includes several products delivered separately, the period starts from the receipt of the last product.

2. How to Proceed

1. Inform us before the end of the 14-day period, by email to contact@forjsport.fr, specifying your order number and the products concerned.
2. Wait for our confirmation. We will provide you with the return address to use and the procedure to follow within 48 business hours.
3. Return the product within 14 days of your declaration, in its original packaging, complete and unused.
4. Keep proof of shipment. We recommend tracked shipping: without proof, a lost package cannot be refunded.

Important: always wait for our confirmation before returning a product. Depending on the item ordered, the return address may differ from our administrative address.

You may try the product as you would in a store. However, you are liable for any depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Specifically, a product that is visibly used, soiled, scratched, incomplete, or without its original packaging may be subject to a partial refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

At your expense in case of a simple change of mind.

At our expense if the product is defective, does not conform to the description, or if we made a shipping error.

6. Refund

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the recovery of the products, or from the date you provide us with proof of their shipment — the earliest of these events being the date taken into account.

It will be made using the same payment method as that used during the order, unless otherwise expressly agreed by you.

The refund covers the price of the product as well as the standard delivery costs initially paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard offer, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.

7. Defective or Non-Compliant Product

If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or different product from your order, contact us within 48 hours at contact@forjsport.fr with:

• your order number,
• photos of the product and packaging,
• a description of the problem.

We will proceed with replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. You also benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (2 years) and hidden defects (2 years) detailed in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods made to measure or personalized, nor to goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
