The products offered are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation, within the limits of available stock. Each product is accompanied by a description detailing its essential characteristics.

Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not part of the contractual scope. Slight variations in shade, finish, or dimensions may exist between the visual and the delivered product.

In the event of a product being unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible and fully refunded within 14 days.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

The displayed price is the final price of the product: no additional tax is added at the time of payment. Delivery costs are calculated according to the destination address and displayed before final validation of the order.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.

Article 4 — Order

The Customer selects the desired products, checks the contents of their cart, provides their delivery and billing details, chooses their payment method, and validates their order.

Validation of the order implies acceptance of the prices, descriptions, and these GTC. The sales contract is formed upon confirmation of the order sent by e-mail to the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is abnormal, made in bad faith, or originates from a Customer with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online, in cash, at the time of the order. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the payment page.

Transactions are secured by the payment provider and its banking partners. Banking data is transmitted in encrypted form (SSL/TLS protocol) and is never stored by the Seller.

The order is processed only after effective receipt of payment.

Article 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the order process. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are displayed at the payment stage. Full details can be found on the Delivery & deadlines page.

In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code, the Seller undertakes to deliver within a maximum period of 30 days from the validation of the order, unless a longer period has been expressly agreed upon.

In the event of a delay, the Customer may cancel their order by registered letter or e-mail, after having enjoined the Seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period. The refund will then be made within 14 days.

It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to make any reservations to the carrier in case of damage.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

14 days to change your mind. You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay any penalty.

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, full details can be found on the Returns & refunds page, which also includes the standard withdrawal form.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, complete and unused. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense, except for defective products or Seller error.

The refund will be made within 14 days following the recovery of the products or proof of their shipment, using the same payment method as that used during the order.

All products benefit automatically and without additional cost from the following legal guarantees:

Legal guarantee of conformity
