FORJ Selection
The upper body is what people see first, and it's also the easiest to train at home. No need for guided machines or a rack: a door-mounted bar, a push-up board on the floor, and a few resistance bands are enough to cover your back, chest, shoulders, and arms.
Where to start? If you're a beginner, the push-up board is the gentlest entry point: it guides your hands, protects your wrists, and helps you avoid bad posture. Resistance bands take over for pulling exercises and shoulders. The pull-up bar, however, remains the king of back exercises – demanding at first, but nothing can replace it.
A typical 20-minute workout: 4 sets of push-ups with varied positions, 4 sets of pull-ups or resistance band rows, 3 sets of lateral raises with the band. Three times a week, leaving one day of recovery between each session.
All the equipment in this collection can be installed without drilling and stored away in seconds.
